Olga peacefully, with her two granddaughters by her side, passed away on April 9, 2026 at 88 years.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin, of Vancouver, BC and Richard (Leslie) Wazny, of Winnipeg, MB; her daughter, Sandra Van Veen; and grandchildren, Natasha and Susanna Van Veen of Calgary, AB; sister, Mary Kryschuk of Brokenhead; brother Peter Moroz of Winnipeg.
As per Olga's wishes, a family service in Cooks Creek will take place.
If desired, support for the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church in Cooks Creek or Alzheimer's Society may be made.

I worked with Olga at Air Canada and she was a kind and hard working colleague. Later she spent time out in Tyndall and was a friendly neighbour of my parents.
